Pawesome("Pawesome," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-native inbound marketing platform for B2B SaaS teams: a Company Brain that learns your product and voice, a Content Engine, Lead Collection, Analytics, and related free tools. This Privacy Policy applies to http://localhost:3000and the services we operate (the "Service").

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service. For contract terms that govern your use of the Service, see our Terms of Service.

1. Who is responsible

Pawesome is the controller of personal data we collect about visitors, account holders, and users of our free tools, except where we process data solely on behalf of a customer. When you use Lead Collection to gather submissions on your forms, you are the controller of that lead data, and we process it as your processor under your instructions.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account and billing information

When you create or manage an account, we may collect:

• Name, work email, password or SSO identifiers
• Company name, role, and workspace settings
• Billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
• Support messages and related correspondence

2.2 Company Brain and content materials

To power on-brand generation, you may upload or connect materials such as website URLs, docs, decks, call notes, and other product or brand sources. We store this as your Company Brain and related workspace content, including drafts, published assets, quality checks, and topic ideas you generate in the Service.

2.3 Lead Collection data

If you build or embed forms, we process submissions you configure fields for (for example name, email, company, role) plus automatic context such as UTM parameters, page URL, and timestamps. That data belongs to your workspace for your marketing use.

2.4 Analytics and product usage

We collect Service usage data to operate and improve the product: feature events, performance logs, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic data. Within Analytics, we also process metrics tied to your content and leads (reach vs outcomes, attribution, visibility trends) so you can see what drives pipeline.

2.5 Free tools (including AI-visibility checks)

If you run a free check without an account, we may collect the URL or site you submit, technical request data, and results of the scan. We use this to deliver the report and to prevent abuse. You can create an account later to save or continue work.

2.6 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and understanding how the marketing site and product are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without essential cookies.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain the Service (Brain, Content, Leads, Analytics, free tools)
• Generate on-brand content, SEO/AEO assists, forms, and reports you request
• Authenticate users, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms
• Send transactional email (security, billing, product notices)
• Send optional product or marketing messages where permitted (you can opt out of non-essential marketing)
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve reliability and UX
• Comply with law and respond to lawful requests

4. AI processing and your Brain

Pawesome uses machine learning and third-party model providers to analyze materials you supply and to generate content, suggestions, and checks. Your Company Brain and customer content are used to deliver the Service to you, not to build marketing profiles for unrelated third parties, and not to train generalized public models for other customers' benefit from your confidential Brain materials.

Model providers may process prompts and outputs as needed to return results under our agreements with them. We configure vendors with confidentiality and data-use restrictions appropriate for a B2B product. Generated content can be wrong or incomplete; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs before you publish or act on them.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, payments, AI infrastructure) under contracts that limit use to providing services to us
• Your workspace members and admins who have access under your account settings
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality when needed
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the Service
• Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this policy or successor notice

6. Retention

We retain account, Brain, content, lead, and analytics data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the Service. After deletion or account closure, we remove or anonymize personal data within a commercially reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention (for example billing records) or data must be kept for security investigations.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data (access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use strong credentials and limit workspace access to people who need it.

8. International transfers

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal data, or to object to certain processing. Workspace admins can often manage Brain materials, content, and lead data directly in the product. For other requests, email privacy@pawesome.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If we process lead data for you as a customer, end users should contact you (the form owner) first. We will assist you in responding to applicable requests as required by law and our agreements.

10. Children

The Service is built for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Third-party sites

The Service may link to third-party sites or embeds. Their privacy practices are their own. Review their policies before sharing data with them.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice (for example in-product or by email).
